About the Role
As the Promotion and Offers Manager, you will be supporting the development and execution of effective promotions and offers to attract and retain customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to create compelling offers and campaigns that drive business objectives and meet customer needs.
You will help establish a roadmap informed by experimentation, and partner with Applied Science to determine the reputed company methods to measure promotions ROI, marginal efficiency, and impact on long-term LTVs. You will partner with Performance Marketing and Customer Engagement to reputed company promotions at scale across reputed company touchpoints but predominantly through CRM (email, SMS) and in-product communications.
