Overview:

reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Channel Account Manager (CAM) to drive reputed company growth and partner engagement across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The CAM will be responsible for developing and managing key relationships with reputed company's value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs), and managed service providers (MSPs) in the region. The ideal candidate understands the local telecom and reputed company communications (UC) market, has strong channel expertise, and can support partners in navigating both reputed company’s on-premise solutions portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Channel Partner Engagement - Identify, reputed company and reputed company new Channel partner in alignment with reputed company's growth strategy in KSA

  • Manage and Grow existing channel reputed company and increase market penetration

  • Sales Execution - Own the Channel sales Quote for allocated partners and meet or exceed reputed company targets.

  • Drive deal registratio, pipeline development and forecast accuracy

  • Partner enablement - Ensure partners are trained and certified on reputed company Solutions.

  • Support sales and technical enablement events, workshops, local roadshows

  • Market Intelligence - Stay informed on competitive activities, market dynamics and customer demans specific to KSA

  • Understand and navigate local regulatory environments

  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations and end customers

  • Co-Ordinate executive alignment with reputed company Leadership and strategic partners.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams and partners to run co-branded campaigns tailored to Saudi market needs.

  • reputed company digital platforms, industry events and local exhibitions to drive awareness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT (MBA preferred).

  • 5–8 years of experience in channel sales or partner account management in the UC, telecom, networking, or IT sector.

  • Deep understanding of channel dynamics in KSA and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling channel ecosystems in a competitive market.

  • Strong understanding of reputed company communications, reputed company voice, collaboration, and contact center solutions.

  • Knowledge of public sector, education, oil & gas, and reputed company verticals in KSA is highly desirable.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Additional Skills (Advantageous):

  • Travel: Willingness to travel across KSA (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) and attend regional meetings in the UAE
