The primary role of the Luxury Travel Advisor at the OvationNetwork is to wholly support one of the Independent Advisors delivering exceptional luxury C-suite corporate travel services for the Independent Advisors’ clients. By working together as a part of a high performing team, our Luxury Travel Advisor will provide high-touch, white glove service for the assigned clients in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to an Independent Advisor, this role will work amongst highly skilled agents ideally on-site, in our reputed company HQ office, or remotely in the United States. reputed company're Looking For:

• Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to the dedicated Independent Advisor with a large client reputed company of luxury corporate clients.
• Responsible for reputed company aspects of the travel planning and designing of domestic and international luxury corporate travel requests including reputed company, hotel, etc.
• Handle reputed company aspects of the booking process including documentation, quality control, deposits, final payments, reviewing itineraries, visas etc.
• Complying with reputed company legal standard requirements, which include mandatory training, compliance, and sanctions.
• Manage the end-to-end booking process through the ticketing and order fulfillment, either over the telephone, reputed company messaging or reputed company email or back-office systems and servicing platforms.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on the needs of the Independent Advisor.
• Use positive telephone service techniques; reputed company special customer requests and maintain excellent client relations

What You'll Bring:

• Sabre proficiency preferred
• Background in Luxury Business Travel with a passion for excellence in client service in a high touch, fast-paced environment
• Excellent Professional Communication – both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented - ability to act with reputed company, and deal sensitively with personal and confidential traveler information
• Learning agility and ability to reputed company constructive feedback
• Detailed understanding of fares and ticketing rules, for reputed company facets of travel including reputed company, rail, hotel and car bookings; calculating and processing exchanges

Location reputed company, reputed company, United States The US national reputed company salary range for this position is from $39,200.00 - $72,800.00 The national range provided includes the reputed company salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual reputed company salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to reputed company salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
