Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources (HR) Talent Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Operations and Management (O&M) Business Unit! In this business partner role, you'll be instrumental in supporting, developing, and organizing top talent to align with our ambitious goals and broader company initiatives. This is NOT a recruiting role. Location: Hybrid - Preferred location Portland, ME, but open to New England Region Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. Who We Are Looking For:

What Will You Be Doing at Woodard & Curran?

• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR team to reputed company innovative solutions, programs, and policies.
• Collaborate with O&M leaders to drive talent initiatives and reputed company new staff for exciting new projects.
• Provide HR guidance to line management and connect with key stakeholders.
• Resolve reputed company employee relations issues with thorough and objective investigations.
• Ensure legal compliance and partner with the legal department as needed.
• Guide performance management through coaching, counseling, and career development.
• Improve work relationships to boost morale, productivity, and retention.
• Offer HR policy guidance and support business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Identify training needs and provide executive coaching.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in HR, in alignment with generalist or business partner responsibilities
• Strong employee relations experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with state and local employment laws preferred.

• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

$86,000 - $127,000 a year This role has the option for remote work, and the anticipated pay range is flexible, depending on factors such as the employee's primary work location, skills, experience, and education. The following examples illustrate how the pay range for the same role can vary based on different locations. Portland, ME: $$86,000 - $110,000 Andover, MA: $100,000 - $127,000 This position’s anticipated pay range is provided above; final exempt salary will be dependent on experience level as well as considering a % based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working. Geographic differentials are used to recognize and reflect cost of labor differences between geographic markets. Benefits & Wellbeing Retirement Savings:
