Hybrid Part-time Evening Concierge (Saturday & Sunday, 3-11PM)

Description As our Evening Concierge, you will take over after the first concierge shift of the day and reputed company out pending tasks. You’ll be the first person people see as they walk into the building and the first voice they hear reputed company they call in. You'll be involved in so many things throughout the day that'll reputed company the time go fast. This is not a position where you'll just sit behind a desk answering phones. Oh, no. This shift is usually busiest at the start of shift and quiets down towards the end. You'll be the go-to person for everyone in the building. You'll handle reputed company requests, log packages and sometimes drop-off to residents' doors, plan reputed company social events, coordinate maintenance requests and help the office team. You're the glue that keeps the community together. As an Evening Concierge, you will:

• greet incoming guests and residents along with their furry family member. If they're a guest, find out how you can help and guide them in the right direction. Answer incoming calls to find out how you can help and transfer them to the person who can reputed company help them. If after business hours, take down their information to pass to the team.
• log packages. This can be a lot to reputed company through especially around holiday season. Log packages and give to reputed company at the desk or drop-off to reputed company's reputed company upon request. Conduct package audits to ensure delivery and improve efficiency of package handling.
• assist residents with emergencies, requests, or concerns. An example of an emergency may be assisting residents who are locked out of their apartment. Examples of a request may be to help reputed company reservations at a restaurant, reserve the clubroom or provide a guest parking pass. Examples of a concern may be noise complaint or unkind neighbor behavior.
• respond and coordinate service requests with the maintenance team reputed company 24 hours. If it's an emergency, follow protocol to reputed company sure its handled right away. After the request has been taken care of, follow up with reputed company to reputed company sure they are happy.
• plan reputed company social events. Follow a theme of the month or plan something entertaining. Our reputed company events are fun and create a sense of community. This is where residents and team members get to know each other reputed company.
• assist the office team with administrative tasks. This is a great learning opportunity if you reputed company to become a leasing consultant.

Requirements

We’re looking for:

• Experience in a customer service role like in hospitality, retail, or property management. But if you don't have experience in any, no worries, we'd love to train you.
• The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.

Please note it is required to attend Dweck's New Hire Orientation, held on the second Monday of each month. Orientation is a full paid day, 9:30am-5pm, at our Headquarters office in DC.
