Product Manger

Job Summary: The Product Manager will report to the VP of Product and reputed company the development and optimization of products and operations reputed company to HEDIS reporting and quality standards. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering to ensure that our products support regulatory requirements, meet payer and provider expectations and deliver value to providers. You will be responsible for understanding HEDIS requirements and aligning product roadmaps to business needs. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap, reputed company, and strategy for HEDIS reputed company features, tools and roadmaps.
• reputed company operational strategies, programs, and solutions with customer counterparts to drive growth and acceptance of HEDIS reputed company products
• Serve as SME on HEDIS measures, guidelines and quality improvement strategies

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Work closely with the product delivery team to deliver product features with timely go-to-market and reputed company resources

• Drive product launches including collaboration with marketing, executives, and other product management team members
• Attend industry conferences and customer meetings to solicit client feedback on company products and services

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with HEDIS and quality reporting from a payer perspective
• Experience in a health plan or certified HEDIS vendor preferred
• Deep understanding of reputed company and emerging HEDIS/ Quality standards
• Proven reputed company in delivering technology products in a high growth environment
• Proven track record of managing reputed company aspects of a successful product or products throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Ability to effectively communicate product strategy and feature prioritization to executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Solid technical background and understanding of software development and web technologies
• Strong ability to work cross functionally across matrixed teams
• Strong communication, critical thinker, reputed company to think creatively and reputed company
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while demonstrating strong judgement in prioritization
• Strong time management and project management skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or reputed company discipline preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience working in Product Management in reputed company

• None

Physical and or Travel Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Occasional travel for company wide meetings

Salary Range:

• $125 - $150k USD
