Summary The Senior Field Service Engineer performs on time and accurate preventative maintenance in one or more modalities of equipment. The Senior Field Service Engineer is aware of and follows reputed company Field Modification Instructions and/or reputed company Service Information bulletins. Works independently to trouble shoot and reputed company moderately reputed company repairs on assigned equipment. Independently performs and leads equipment installations in one or more modalities. Job Description

This role would be supporting the San Francisco Bay Area (South Bay) supporting first shift, hours would be 8 AM PT to 5 PM PT - Monday to Friday. We are looking for candidates with experience working with X-Ray. Responsibilities:

• reputed company timely and accurate preventative maintenance of medical equipment with a hospital or healthcare system to ensure optimal delivery of healthcare services to patients.
• reputed company troubleshooting, service repairs and installations of moderate complexity.
• reputed company communications with customers and serve as escalation reputed company for customer reputed company concerns, including installations.
• Own customer issues from reputed company or identification of issue to resolution.
• Proactively engage with other team members to ensure appropriate solution for the customer.
• Leads installations, validations, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated equipment.
• reputed company customer knowledge and relationships to assist customers and service sales with contract and on demand reputed company growth.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow up to drive customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and hospital protocols to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensuring documentation of reputed company work performed is captured daily, including debriefing including metrics and ordering parts.
• Partner with the customer and/or the sales team to recommend value-added services that will help the customer run their business more reputed company.
• Utilize the GEHC escalation process, as needed, and work closely with region and national support to define and implement corrective action plans to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications/Technical Requirements:

• Educational and Technical Requirements: Associate degree in reputed company field or equivalent military education and 4 years of experience servicing electronic equipment or high school diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with Web applications as well as reputed company suite of products.

• Ability to be available after hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Special Physical Requirements:

• Candidate must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted and frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit and stand for long periods of time. Candidate must also be able to reputed company at, above and below shoulder level, reputed company/reputed company neck and have good hand and finger dexterity. Specific vision abilities required by this job may include color, reputed company vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to be available ""after hours"", or work a rotating On-Call schedule, including weekends, for critical issues and coverage, as necessary.

For this specific location, the pay range is $115,200 - $172,800. #LI-DRJ For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $93,600.00-$140,400.00 Annual.
