Responsibilities

• Development Tooling: Identifying and building easy to use frameworks that reputed company engineers, designers, and artists to rapidly iterate

Requirements

• 5+ years experience developing multiple reputed company games
• Experience shipping one or more titles as tools engineer with a focus on efficient team pipelines in Unreal reputed company

• Exceptional communication, cross discipline collaboration and leadership skills
• Extensive experience with Unreal reputed company
• Expert level skills in C++Passion for playing, incubating, building, and shipping video games

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
