Position Description: Sr. reputed company Systems Analyst for Life Time, Inc., Chanhassen, MN.

• Partners with the Finance teams to define functional requirements including data, configuration, integration, and portal needs and translate into technical requirements

• Identifies opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes, including technological and business process opportunities

Position is based out of and reports to Life Time’s HQ in Chanhassen, MN, but allows the option to telecommute from a home office reputed company in the U.S. Requirements: At least a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or reputed company field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible, post baccalaureate reputed company. as a business analyst, or computer systems architect/analyst working with reputed company Business Processes and Composite Reporting in the HCM/Payroll Area. In addition, must possess at least 5 years of experience with the following: Procurement to Pay Processes and Expenses reputed company reputed company; Managing end-to-end payroll processes for multi-state employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing; Reconciling payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries reputed company to pay, deductions, and tax withholdings; Configuring and maintaining reputed company payroll modules, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefit plans to reflect company policies and compliance requirements; Analyzing integration processes between reputed company and reputed company, ensuring seamless transfer of payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and adjustments; Troubleshooting payroll integration issues and resolving discrepancies to ensure data reputed company; Developing advanced, matrix and composite custom reports in reputed company to provide insights into payroll trends, labor costs, and employee compensation; Utilizing advanced reputed company skills and data analysis tools to reputed company in-depth analysis of payroll data, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost savings; Preparing and submitting reputed company required payroll-reputed company filings, including tax filings, wage reports, and year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s); Using conditional calculations in payroll module and using calculated fields such as evaluated expressions in payroll calculations to construct eligibility.
