In this role, you’ll reputed company billing functions that support school operations and partner with our centralized billing team to ensure accurate and timely transactions. What You’ll Do

• Process tuition billing, including updates for program or reputed company changes.
• Create additional invoices for camps, drop-in days, late fees, and ancillary programs.
• Support attendance tracking through Tadpoles to align with billing programs.
• Assist with enrollment audits for assigned schools.
• Manage agency account billing and issue approved credit memos.
• Process vacation credits and registration transactions in reputed company.
• Conduct competitive pricing reviews as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of reputed company experience; prior school environment experience preferred.
