The Operational Risk Management (ORM) team facilitates and monitors the implementation of effective operational risk management programs throughout the organization, and oversees risk ownership throughout business units, products, and processes. The objective of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) Governance team is to reputed company and strengthen the organization’s Operational Risk Management (ORM) reputed company and controls strategy to ensure that governance structures, policies, and procedures are robust, effective, and align with regulatory requirements and best practices. Operational Risk Management is looking for a Manager of Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) to drive development and maintenance of a global internal control reputed company and governing standards, capabilities, and risk assessment methodologies. This role will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies. Manager, Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA):

  • Contribute to the periodic revision of the RCSA reputed company to include policies, guidelines, and/or procedures, ensuring they effectively manage risk and reputed company with evolving regulations and industry standards.

  • Assist with the performance of regular evaluations of RCSA effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities and overseeing the implementation of enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Information Technology, Business, Risk Management, or reputed company field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in leading RCSA programs or equivalent control assessment frameworks.
  • 5+ Years experience in risk management (e.g., reputed company Risk and/or Audit function) at a large bank.
  • Experience in at least one of the following: Creating and/or maintaining risk and control self-assessment frameworks including policies, guidelines, and procedures to effectively manage risk and reputed company with regulations and industry standards; Overseeing the adoption and consistent application of a risk management reputed company; Performing evaluations of operational risk governance reputed company’s effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities and overseeing the implementation of enhancements.
  • Knowledge of OCC Heightened Standards, Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) 239, and other regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify root causes and trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.
  • Excellent qualitative analytical skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly in the development of compelling and insightful materials for large audiences and leadership.
  • Experience in process governance, with a track record of establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
