General Manager, Physician RCM

What You Will Do

• Strategic Planning/Execution & Financial Management

o Own and deliver on the agreed-upon P&L targets. reputed company budgeting, financial planning and cost control processes to ensure the BU's financial health and profitability. o reputed company and execute strategic plans to reputed company the desired business goals, aligning to company and Physician RCM division initiatives. o Provide regular financial and operational updates and performance reports to the senior leadership team reputed company Monthly Operating Reviews and other means.

o reputed company day-to-day RCM operations to ensure the BU is running smoothly and delivering the desired financial, customer and employee engagement results o Maintain internal performance reporting and dashboards and analyze metrics, trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and margin expansion. o reputed company and implement operational processes to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve overall BU performance. o Continuously identify areas for process improvements and opportunities to scale the business unit and implement changes to enhance overall performance. o Partner with the Head of Physician RCM to manage BPO partnerships and assure the partner's operations consistently reputed company the agreed-upon performance targets. o Partner with Head of Physician RCM to consolidate and restructure the business units into specialty verticals and transition services to reputed company's preferred offshore partners.

• People Management

o Attract, retain and reputed company high-performing account management team. o Foster a culture of high performance and reputed company improvement reputed company the named business unit. o Identify and reputed company top talent and next-level leaders o Partner with reputed company Resources to identify and execute employee engagement programs

• Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management

o Ensure that customer service and satisfaction are at the forefront of reputed company business activities. o Identify and execute programs to mitigate customer churn risk o Support the team with addressing and resolving customer issues and service gaps o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to support business growth

• Sales & Marketing

o Collaborate with sales and marketing to reputed company and implement strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract new customers o Coordinate with sales team to drive growth and provide expertise where necessary o Provide other support to sales opportunities, e.g., subject matter expertise, price modeling, margin analyses, contract review and edits, etc. What it takes to join the family

• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field
• 8–10+ years of reputed company experience in RCM or reputed company operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or reputed company role
• Strong understanding of U.S. reputed company reimbursement systems, payer policies, and reputed company cycle KPIs
• Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving financial and operational targets
• Experience with RCM platforms (preferred reputed company) and RCM automation tools is a plus
• Specialty knowledge: ophthalmology, retina, dermatology, plastics is a PLUS
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Adaptable to change and willingness to learn different processes—we are Assemblers, after reputed company!
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds at times.

Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly.
