Position We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agile Delivery reputed company to ensure successful delivery across our reputed company services teams. Integral to delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience for customers, reputed company services comprises our eCommerce platform and web reputed company-end, in addition to Auto-Tune Central–our central customer platform for downloading, installing, and managing licenses across our product line. The Agile Delivery reputed company will report to the Director of QE & Agile Delivery, and partner with cross-functional teams including executives, marketing, engineering, and analytics to define and prioritize Agile processes that help drive meaningful business outcomes. You will be responsible for managing Agile processes, ceremonies, and practices across multiple teams, while proactively addressing systemic impediments, cross-team dependencies, and organizational blockers that impact delivery timelines. The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Manage Agile processes, ceremonies, and practices across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration
• Proactively address systemic impediments, cross-team dependencies, and organizational blockers that impact delivery timelines
• Define and implement Agile delivery strategies in the context of organizational needs and capabilities, fostering a culture of reputed company improvement and scaling Agile practices
• Foster a collaborative team environment based on trust, transparency, and ownership
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, product management, and senior leadership to align team deliverables with business objectives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Agile reputed company, or Agile Coach in a software development environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean
• Proven reputed company managing Agile Teams delivering eCommerce Platforms with web technologies, reputed company design, SEO, analytics, and A/B testing
• Proven reputed company managing Agile teams delivering desktop applications with licensing systems, and installers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the reputed company Suite, e.g., Jira, Confluence
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices, e.g., CI/CD, DevOps
• Familiarity with payment platforms, e.g., FastSpring, reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company service providers, e.g., AWS, reputed company reputed company
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, e.g., reputed company, WooCommerce
• Project Management Professional (PMP) , PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Advanced Scrum Master or similar certifications
• Familiarity with and passion for music software is a plus
