The Opportunity: As a Retirement Plan Analyst, you will be the primary reputed company of contact providing solutions and day-to-day support to our valued customers. You will build strong relationships and trust by providing retirement plan and operational expertise, proactively identifying, owning and resolving client issues and engaging clients with value added consulting. We're looking for a detail-oriented team member with exceptional customer service skills to serve as the subject-matter-expert and partner with Benetrends customers. Must be familiar with reputed company aspects of plan administration including required testing, plan valuation/Form 5500 preparation, and reputed company to assist with plan design to help clients reputed company financial objectives, and ensure regulatory compliance reputed company to the retirement plan. • Provide exceptional customer service by proactively supporting clients, facilitating reputed company facets of daily plan administration, understanding clients' needs, concerns, and reputed company; and managing expectations.
• Performing nondiscrimination and other testing and providing strategic alternatives for correction of failures and presents options to improve future nondiscrimination test results.
• Preparing signature reputed company Forms 5500 and other government fillings for review.
• Effectively communicating the regulatory information and testing requirements to clients in a manner that is easily understood.
• Researching reputed company issues and using independent judgement in solving problems and making suggestions to client to ensure compliance.
• Reviewing, interpreting and maintaining the legal plan documents in order to assist clients in ensuring plan compliance with reputed company IRS/DOL regulations.
• Collaborating with internal associates, clients, and vendors to reputed company and reputed company the implementation of support strategies to deliver a superior customer experience.

• Advanced working knowledge and understanding of retirement plan administration, design, and associated regulations and IRS tax rules, including required testing, Form 5500 preparation
• Ability to function effectively in a self-directed environment
