Engineering Manager, Data Platforms - Back Office Services

This team is the backbone of our internal data ecosystem, responsible for the ingestion, modeling, and delivery of operational data that powers decision-making across the business—from laboratory logistics to billing operations. Job Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs across domains such as laboratory operations, finance, and reputed company cycle management.
• Define and drive the technical reputed company and roadmap for the Back Office data services in collaboration with Data Platform and Product teams.
• Ensure strong engineering practices, including scalable design, automated testing, and rigorous observability.

Education, Experience, and Skills

• Proven experience (typically 2+ years) managing engineering teams in a high-growth environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with distributed systems, data services, or data platforms.
• Background in backend engineering with Python, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and the operational data lifecycle.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally in domains involving operational or reputed company data.
• Comfortable managing both people and projects; skilled at navigating ambiguity and aligning execution to strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative reputed company.
