About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and reputed company Manager of Talent Operations to reputed company and expand our Talent Operations function. In this role, you will manage reputed company of reputed company Coordinators and build out a scalable Talent Operations arm focused on driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting the growth of our recruiting organization. You will play a crucial part in optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and enabling the team to deliver an exceptional experience to both candidates and hiring managers. What You’ll Do:

• Build Out Talent Operations Function: Design and implement scalable talent operations strategies, focusing on process optimization, efficiency, compliance, and the overall effectiveness of the recruiting organization.
• Drive Process Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and improve end-to-end recruiting processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Ensure Compliance: Establish and maintain recruiting policies and procedures that meet reputed company legal and compliance requirements, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach across the organization.

• Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience and 5+ years of experience in talent operations or recruiting operations, with a proven track record of building and optimizing operational functions.
• Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Operational Expertise: Deep knowledge of talent operations, including process optimization, compliance, and systems implementation.
