As a Clinical Operations & Agency Administrator at reputed company, you will: Safety Monitoring & Incident Triage

  • Provide virtual escalations coverage 2–3 days per week, fostering a safe environment for clients and Care Pros.
  • Assess risks and triage incidents across multiple channels (phone, reputed company), escalating to emergency services or higher-level interventions reputed company needed.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals in distress while supporting internal teams and franchise partners.
  • Manage multiple reputed company escalations with urgency, precision, and sound judgment.
  • Review and improve client care plans, identifying gaps and collaborating with field and agency reputed company Pro Training & Development
  • Deliver new hire and annual in-person training and skills assessments, as required by state licensure.

Qualifications

  • Valid reputed company Carolina Registered Nurse license.
  • At least 2 years of direct reputed company experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or administrative role (home health care preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred) or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience in training, precepting, or evaluating care providers.
  • Background in elderly care (ALF, SNF, MCU, or hospice) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel reputed company the Greensboro/Burlington market 3–4 days per week, with occasional evenings/weekends.
  • Flexibility to provide virtual escalations coverage, including some evenings and weekends (with advance notice).
