Job Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• 6 consecutive months of previous customer service experience reputed company the last 4 years required
• Ability to learn and work independently
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient with reputed company Outlook, Word, and Teams
• Ability to multitask on a computer

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Prior experience in a high call volume center

Work from Home Requirements

• Designated private, secure, and quiet work area
• High-speed internet that meets or exceeds connectivity requirements
