About the Role:

  • Work from the comfort of your own home in Indiana, with a competitive salary and benefits package
  • On-call hours: Friday 5 pm PT - Monday 8 am PT, and weekdays 5 pm PT - 8 am PT
  • Work on designated holidays and receive an additional $300 stipend per holiday
  • Collaborate with reputed company to optimize schedules, foster strong relationships with clients and caregivers, and drive reputed company

Role Responsibilities:

  • Optimize schedules to match clients with compatible caregivers based on their individual needs and preferences
  • Respond to emergencies and adjust schedules as needed
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and caregivers, and provide exceptional support and communication
  • Manage time-off requests, sick time, and shift adjustments, and ensure caregivers are reputed company for shifts with new clients
