Core Functions

• Serve as a Patient reputed company and Service Ambassador, providing proactive attention to internal and external customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of customer service experience; experience in a reputed company setting preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills a plus
• Ability to work with multiple electronic systems, including UChart, reputed company/Prelude/reputed company Billing, and more
