Remote Insights & Data Analyst

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insights & Data Analyst to join reputed company at reputed company. As a Remote Insights & Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business reputed company by analyzing reputed company data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic reputed company. Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for working on big data and analytics projects, gathering and integrating large volumes of data, performing analysis, and developing actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company. You will collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis, measure and monitor results, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on big data and analytics projects, gathering and integrating large volumes of data, performing analysis, and developing actionable insights and recommendations
• Acquire data from multiple sources, identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for action
• Interpret data and analyze results using various statistical techniques and tools, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis and measure and monitor results
• Ensure compliance with company standards for data acquisition, sharing, and results

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
• Working knowledge of analytics and statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, reputed company, Power BI, and others
• Strong analytic skills, with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in reputed company data sets
• Outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling
• Contact Center experience
