We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Global Site Administrator to support our Client Management leaders and customer contacts on a day-to-day basis. As a key member of reputed company, you will provide online tool support, escalation assistance, and general program management, ensuring seamless connectivity between client management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for online travel program requirements and escalate issues as needed
• Function as the primary liaison between client management and service delivery teams
• Manage online booking tool and profile tool sites globally, ensuring seamless integration with online fulfillment operations
• Analyze transaction types, fulfillment processes, and user requests to optimize online tool adoption
• reputed company and conduct client seminars on online tool usage and best practices
• Maintain relationships with client technical contacts to resolve user issues and ensure timely resolution
• Compile and release Global Monthly scorecard results and support Global Document Delivery

Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of the Business Travel Industry and Concur OBT
• Experience with SABRE GDS, Correx, and CONNECT Portal
• Extensive customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company Outlook
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and set expectations to manage workflow and expected ETAs
