Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers reputed company telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. You'll help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues. - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional service
- Review customer history as necessary to provide personalized support
- Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure seamless customer experience
- Assist customers with changing travel plans, providing or confirming travel itineraries, and processing refunds
- Help customers solve travel issues and provide reputed company reputed company needed

- Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience required
- Strong geographical knowledge and experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Highly proficient in using the internet and navigating multiple applications
- Computer and equipment meeting the following specifications:
- High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite)
- Windows 10 operating system
