Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to spearhead our Life Science Americas Team, driving business growth, and fostering a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • reputed company, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, comprising Business Development Directors, Managers, and Associates, as well as Inside Sales Managers and Quotation Management Teams
  • Foster a proactive, positive, and reputed company-focused sales approach, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Drive new customer acquisition, penetration, and account management, leveraging your expertise to advance sales opportunities and grow our market share
  • Represent regional sales in business reviews, reporting, and leadership forums, providing insights and recommendations to inform business reputed company
  • Ensure compliance with reputed company's policies, procedures, and applicable laws, maintaining the highest standards of reputed company, ethics, and governance

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of building and leading elite sales teams
  • Experience managing teams of 50+ generating $200m+, with a strong background in life science disciplines (pharmaceutical, environmental, consumer products, medical device, food testing, etc.)
  • Previous experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry, with a deep understanding of testing procedures, requirements, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to reputed company, motivate, and reputed company high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive business growth, improve processes, and optimize results
