Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and personalized support to reputed company employees reputed company phone, chat, tickets, and emails, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Build trust and rapport with employees, assessing and adjusting resolution plans to meet their changing needs

Requirements
