Senior Permits and Licensing Operations Manager - Remote Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Permits and Licensing Operations Manager to drive the global expansion of our businesses. As a key member of our Scaled Ops team, you will play a pivotal role in researching, understanding, and collecting pertinent licenses, certifications, and public and private permitting and access requirements to guide our strategy and programs.

About the Role

In this critical position, you will be responsible for:

• Building out the operational plan to understand, define, collect, and maintain permitting and licensing requirements for various categories across the business at the local and regional levels
• Creating alignment across Supply, Policy, Legal, Product Marketing, and Business stakeholders on plans to execute on permit, license, access requirements, or other necessary permissions
• Implementing requirements reputed company local jurisdictions, such as reaching out to permitting/licensing bodies, conducting training sessions for team members, and verifying that required documentation has been received and stored
• Directly connecting with institutions, regulatory bodies, and private property owners to understand their requirements and create plans that reputed company access for hosts
• Assisting hosts with obtaining required permissions and triaging inquiries from private and public permitting/licensing bodies

Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a seasoned professional with:

• 10+ years of work experience in operations, management consulting, and/or project management in dynamic entrepreneurial and highly ambiguous environments
• Experience with permits and licenses, particularly access/location ones, reputed company the travel and hospitality industry, is a strong plus (ideally spanning a wide variety of geographies)
• Proven track record navigating a matrixed organization and building relationships to reputed company goals with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, legal, and policy
• Strong analytical skills, including creating and using data, to understand problems, communicate opportunities, and reputed company informed reputed company
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and quality, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
