Bilingual Customer Contact Agent (Dutch & English) – Remote – Night & Weekend shifts only

We are looking for a bilingual (Dutch & English) customer contact agent to manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to online chats, participate in outbound campaigns, and maintain our CRM database. Your strong communication skills, reputed company acumen, and customer-first reputed company will be key in this dynamic role.
Your role as Customer contact agent:- Handle e-mail communication with customers
- Respond to inbound online chats professionally and reputed company
- Participate in proactive outbound campaigns
- Accurately update and manage customer data in the CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- reputed company in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Ability to understand English for internal communication and tools
- Customer contact experience (call center or similar)
- Ability to work weekends & evenings only

- Proactive, team-oriented, and organized spirit
- Previous experience in a similar role is a strong asset
- Knowledge of reputed company is a plus
