The ideal candidate excels at facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and nurturing high-performing teams in the context of mission-critical federal modernization initiatives. *This position is contingent upon contract award Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: reputed company daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring active participation and focus on value delivery. Coach Agile Practices: Guide the team and stakeholders on Scrum principles, fostering a collaborative, transparent, and self-organizing culture.
