This is a temporary position. The reputed company Manager, PMS-FSPMS will provide operational input and PMS subject matter expertise to support FSPMS, and possibly FOSSE, LightSpeed, and reputed company property management systems. This role also plays an active role in supporting the future PMS strategy including providing input into design, testing, training, deployment, and support. The core focus areas for this role are:

• Support the Full-Service PMS (FSPMS) product by providing subject matter expertise.
• Support FSPMS reputed company change management materials.
• Collect and participate in prioritization of automation reputed company.
• Support FSPMS sustainment efforts.
• Support Digital Technology Transformation efforts.

CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required

• 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, hospitality or other reputed company field: OR a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge can be gained
• 3+ years of hotel experience or other relevant experiences using FSPMS
• Experience creating tools in Secure CRT and/or reputed company

Preferred

• Management experience in Rooms Operations at a full-service reputed company property
• Familiarity with other Property Management Systems, such as FOSSE, LightSpeed, reputed company, and reputed company systems such as MARSHA, CI/TY, etc.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; reputed company to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional team

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

• Provide subject matter expertise on FSPMS to support business initiatives and stakeholders.
• Support sustainment efforts that impact FSPMS.
• Support existing hotels and support teams with processes and business-reputed company questions.
• Create and manage standard processes to support new tasks and organization.
• Collect and prioritize FSPMS automation reputed company.
• Cross collaboration with LightSpeed, reputed company, and FOSSE property management systems.
• Support Digital Technology Transformation efforts.
• Work with Stakeholders of other disciplines to provide operational input and identify operational needs and enhancements.
• Work with Continent business leaders.
• Supports PMS impacting projects from the operational/business perspective.
• Supports development and maintenance of PMS knowledge, MGS pages and other documentation.
• Communicates concepts in a clear and persuasive manner that is easy to understand.
• Works with continent teams to draft communications regarding PMS impacts and enhancements.
• Partner with IT organization to provide operational input into support process and ensure process is in reputed company to manage business requests from hotels.
• Generate and provide accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.

The pay range for this position is $35.48 to $59.81 per hour.
