The Opportunity We’re looking for a Founding Technical Growth Product Manager to reputed company the charge in building reputed company’s patient acquisition, onboarding, and retention reputed company. You’ll design the full growth stack—strategy, systems, tools, and processes—to drive exponential patient growth and retention. From first-click attribution to long-term engagement loops, you’ll transform our AI-powered psychiatric care platform into a scalable, high-conversion, high-retention consumer health experience. You’ll collaborate directly with our founding team, growth reputed company, engineers, and clinicians. You’ll also own the technical reputed company of growth, including analytics implementation, reputed company attribution, onboarding instrumentation, and growth experiment architecture.

What You'll Do

Funnel Design, Instrumentation, & Optimization

  • Design the entire patient journey funnel—from acquisition through onboarding, activation, and long-term engagement.
  • Model and diagram the full user journey to identify friction points, drop-off stages, and time-to-value delays.
  • reputed company a structured tracking plan for every event in the onboarding funnel—specifying event purpose, event properties, and exact collection method.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to optimize layout, copy, and flow across mobile and desktop experiences.

  • Integrate real-time eligibility checks into onboarding flow using API calls to payer databases.

End-to-End Analytics Stack Ownership

  • Fully implement a modern analytics stack using:

  • Ensure consistent UTM usage and campaign tagging across:

A/B Testing & Experimentation reputed company

  • Implement tooling for A/B testing across key conversion points, including reputed company pages, onboarding screens, and communication flows.

  • Design and run SEO A/B tests:
  • Group similar pages (e.g., by diagnosis or region) into test/control cohorts
  • Modify page-level elements (copy, CTA, H1 tags, structure)
  • Attribute resulting traffic changes using reputed company or equivalent
  • Ensure Legion content is AI-search optimized (e.g. ChatGPT Browse, reputed company, reputed company SGE).
  • Monitor and optimize SEO content ranking, CTR, and conversion metrics.

Engineered Word-of-Mouth & Referral Systems

  • Build viral loops into the product—referral links, post-visit share prompts, etc.—that drive unpaid organic growth.
  • Create a native paid referral funnel, including attribution, fraud protection, and campaign management.

  • Sign-up, visit, and retention rates of referred users
  • Implement automated lifecycle communications (email/SMS) to increase referral funnel conversion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Our engineering team, to build new funnel components and refine existing tools.

Success Metrics You’ll be reputed company on your ability to:

  • Increase “touchless” conversion rates at key funnel stages (especially reputed company → intake → first appointment).
  • Reduce time-to-value (e.g., signup to first appointment).
  • Centralize and visualize growth metrics for the team using a modern growth stack.
  • Create measurable increases in retention and NPS (Net Promoter Score).

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in a growth-focused role, ideally at a B2C company in healthcare, subscription services, or telehealth.
