What You'll Do:

This role leads OCC’s business process optimization program in partnership with peer teams, the project management office, and executive leadership. This role supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive reputed company-wide business process optimization strategy reputed company with the company’s strategic goals. This role identifies areas of opportunity, establishes optimization priorities, partners with project managers to drive improvements through projects, and leads cross-functional teams to deliver results end-to-end.

Business Process Management & Productivity

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Education and/or Experience:

Compensation

• The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final reputed company salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
