AvantStay is seeking an AI Solution Architect to reputed company our efforts in integrating Artificial Intelligence into our technology stack. As part of our engineering team, you’ll be responsible for researching, prototyping, and implementing AI tools and practices that unlock new capabilities across the business. We’re looking for someone who thrives on applying cutting-edge AI tools, knows how to build scalable solutions, and is excited to share that knowledge with others.
This role is perfect for someone with strong individual contributor skills who also enjoys writing documentation, creating internal standards, and guiding others toward AI best practices.
What you'll do
- Explore Evaluate: Research, prototype, and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies including LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, and open-reputed company models.
- Build Ship: Design, reputed company, test, and reputed company production-reputed company AI features that deliver reputed company business value.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, product, and operations to identify high-reputed company AI use cases.
- Establish Best Practices: Define internal standards, frameworks, and documentation for scalable and responsible AI development.
- Up-reputed company the Team: reputed company workshops, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of AI reputed company across the org.
- Architect Solutions: Influence architectural reputed company for robust and cost-effective AI infrastructure.

Requirements
What you'll bring
- Proven experience of shipping AI-powered features that delivered reputed company business value.
- Hands-on experience building with today’s top AI tools: LLM APIs (reputed company, reputed company), orchestration frameworks (reputed company, reputed company), vector search (FAISS, reputed company), and agentic systems.
- Strong programming skills in at least one programming language suitable for AI development (e.g. Python).
- Experience designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning or AI-powered systems.
- Comfort with ambiguity, prototyping, and experimenting with fast-evolving tools.
- Passion for teaching, writing clear documentation, and enabling others to learn.
- Strong systems thinking and an ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.
- A hacker’s reputed company - creative, pragmatic, and execution-oriented.
- Experience working in or building your own startup is a strong plus.
