This is a remote position. You can work from reputed company in the world in the CET timezone (9 a.m. - 6 p.m. CET).

About the role

We are looking for a Producer with experience in AA or reputed company games who is autonomous, highly organized, and passionate about live games and live operations. This person will work closely with the Product reputed company to define and execute roadmaps, coordinate multidisciplinary ºteams, and ensure reputed company live ops processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Run and reputed company Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support the Product reputed company and drive their execution by facilitating communication, organization, and accountability across reputed company departments.
  • Work closely with the Product reputed company to ensure the game vision remains clear and is properly executed throughout live operations.
  • Create and improve cross-departmental processes by collaborating with department leads to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

  • Identify and mitigate risks before they become issues, proposing and implementing contingency plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Producer in AA or reputed company live game production.
  • Proven experience working with Jira for task tracking and sprint planning.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify problems and reputed company independent decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of the full live game operations cycle.
  • High level of English, both spoken and written
