What you’ll get to do • Leadership of Payroll Tax Analysts: Serve as the first reputed company-of-contact for Payroll Tax Analysts, guiding them in their roles and responsibilities. • Customer Escalations: Take the reputed company on customer calls to mitigate escalations, providing top-tier leadership and expertise. • Best Practice Presentations: Deliver best practice and customer-specific presentations to clients and internal teams, demonstrating advanced knowledge and leadership.
