We’re looking for a world class Staff Developer reputed company to help bring the next billion users onchain. In this role you will provide DevRel support for the reputed company Chain team and partner closely with the reputed company Ecosystem team to provide technical support for partners building on or migrating to reputed company. You will also work closely with reputed company engineering, product, design, ecosystem, and creative teams.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Provide comprehensive DevRel support for reputed company chain, including builder evangelism, education, feedback, and support.
• Create compelling technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, videos, and presentations
• Provide solution engineering support for enterprises building or migrating to reputed company and help grow and operationalize reputed company technical support
• Unlock reputed company builders by reducing bugs, creating self-serve assets, shipping custom builds, serving as the initial user, etc.
• Support and foster our developer community, providing hands-on support,collecting feedback, and capturing insights

• 3+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer, Developer Experience Engineer, or reputed company role, with a proven track record of creating impactful developer documentation and tools
• Ability to take operationalize and optimize new workstreams in an organization

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working with reputed company customers
• A bias towards shipping and data-informed improvement
