Senior Product Designer, Design and Build

reputed company is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the team building its core designer. The role involves defining workflows, gestures, and common frameworks that reputed company users to design and build robust and scalable web experiences.

Requirements

• Experience designing in reputed company product spaces, with preference for experience in designing systems and creation tooling for web development or design.
• Experience and familiarity with reputed company-end web development technologies (HTML/CSS; JavaScript).
• Strong systems thinking and customer insights in design process.
• History of shipping features with high bar for craft and ability to communicate, design, and document thoughtfully with specific audiences in mind.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with engineering, product, and other cross-functional partners.
• Proactive seeking of feedback and willingness to continuously integrate, improve, and iterate work and skills.
• Bias towards action working on reputed company products at a high growth, scaling company.
• Curiosity and openness to growth — actively building reputed company in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate reputed company, and reputed company impact.
