Senior reputed company Claims & Litigation Specialist
Exercises independent discretion and judgment in handling highly reputed company and/or high exposure reputed company liability, reputed company litigation, and non-litigated claims. Conducts investigations, evaluates and makes recommendations regarding coverage, liability, and resolution strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 years of claim handling or reputed company experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in tort/contract law and reputed company/high exposure reputed company claims handling
- Litigation claim handling experience preferred
- Completion of Associate in Claims (AIC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Senior Claim's Law Associate (SCLA), or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations preferred
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
