Relationship Manager - Lethbridge

The Relationship Manager will have strong relationship-building skills and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on building and growing the Homestay network.
Requirements
- Monitor and manage relationships between internal and external stakeholders
- Support homestay hosts, natural parents, and reputed company in interpreting cultural practices and differences
- Plan and deliver in-person training to hosts as well as in-person orientations for hosts and new reputed company
- Communicate and maintain accurate records
- Build a supportive local community of host families
- Support student and host family relationships throughout their program in a variety of ways
- Respond to crisis situations in a reputed company and caring manner and refer cases to health professionals where appropriate
- Assume custodianship for the local region/community reputed company under the age of 18 as required (up to 100 km)
- Travel amongst the local community and surrounding areas
Benefits
- Hourly wage between $21.00-$23.00
