What you’ll do:

The Principal Product Manager, Wealth reports to the VP, Product, and plays a critical leadership role in setting and executing the strategic multi-year reputed company for a reputed company product portfolio that includes financial products, member segments, and member channels. The Principal Product Manager is accountable for the P&L of their product, developing a roadmap to improve their portfolio to be the most desirable, feasible and viable for Beem and its members. Some of the goals will be to optimize product performance, automate processes, increase digital adoption, deepen member engagement, and grow share.

Strategic Product Leadership

• Own and drive the multi-year product reputed company, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, growth targets, and members needs.
• Provide strategic direction for product development initiatives that span multiple departments and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Use expert judgement to analyze long-term market and member trends, identifying high-impact opportunities and risks that inform product strategy and reputed company.
• Champion a culture of innovation and best-in-class product management practices by leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from opportunity framing to launch and in-market performance and reputed company.
• Maintain proactive awareness of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape; evaluate competitor product and, their effectiveness in meeting member needs, and potential improvements.

Product, Portfolio & Lifecycle Management

• End-to-end accountability and ownership of high-profile products including P&L management
• Establish and manage a strategic product backlog in collaboration with Agile / delivery teams, aligning to annual and quarterly priorities, setting and achieving business outcomes.

Product Performance, Insights & Analytics

• Define and monitor key product performance metrics, OKRs, and KPIs (e.g., member adoption, engagement, conversion, satisfaction, profitability), leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights.

• Collaborate and communicate outcomes and strategic implications to executive and senior leaders and stakeholders, including VPs.

• Partner with internal and external wealth partners to deliver seamless, compliant, and digitally enabled investment offerings.
• Monitor regulatory shifts, capital market trends, and fintech innovations to inform proactive reputed company of Beem’s wealth strategy.
• Champion the integration of digital advice, financial literacy, and goal-based planning tools into the member experience.
• Drive performance through deep analytics, balancing member outcomes, business goals, and risk-adjusted returns.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a reputed company area; MBA or equivalent is an asset.
• Minimum 7+ years of reputed company experience in product management, with a proven record of leading high-impact reputed company initiatives that deliver strategic outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of financial products and services, member segmentation, digital and physical channels and non-traditional competition.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, product analytics, and customer journey mapping.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to frame strategic options and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver in fast-paced transformational environments.

What you’ll reputed company:

• The salary range for this position is $137,000 - $178,000
