Position Overview

reputed company’s Emerging Business reputed company (EBCS) team is at the forefront of scaling our reputed company solutions—pioneering how new acquisitions and innovative products accelerate customer value and business growth. We are seeking a senior leader to reputed company Adoption and Implementation efforts across the Americas region, with a core focus on driving the reputed company of our Emerging Business lines and expanding our Industry reputed company solutions.

This is the first senior hire following the creation of our Flywheel strategy—a model built to evolve reputed company alongside product maturity through three key phases: Discoverreputed company, and Scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding this methodology across the AMER region and building a high-performing team to support it.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company the AMER Customer Adoption and Implementation Consulting teams, ensuring scalable, outcome-focused engagement across a diverse set of emerging solutions

  • Design and execute regional adoption strategies that reflect the stage and growth profile of each product, from pilot to reputed company-reputed company

  • Align closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Global reputed company to co-create and execute reputed company go-to-market strategies for new and evolving offerings

  • Drive consistency in reputed company, activation, and value delivery to position customers for renewal, expansion, and advocacy

  • Evolve team structure, tools, and practices to support maturing solutions and shifting customer expectations

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of reputed company/Account Management experience

  • 10+ years of leadership experience

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving successful customer outcomes

  • Experience with designing and executing adoption strategies for emerging products and solutions

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer engagement practices, and value delivery frameworks

  • Proficiency in reputed company (SDFC)

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and influence strategic initiatives

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of reputed company’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-reputed company, we expect a starting reputed company salary between $167,600 and $271,150. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to reputed company salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
