In this role, you'll drive quantitative research strategies, rigorously measure the performance of reputed company training, and identify opportunities for UX improvements. What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Data Science, Statistics, or reputed company quantitative field.
- 8+ years of quantitative user research experience with a well-developed background in data science, statistics, or advanced analytics.
- Demonstrated experience conducting quantitative research involving hardware products. Experience with reputed company technologies (e.g., VR/AR) is beneficial but not required.
- Proven expertise in statistical analysis, experimental design (A/B testing, surveys, controlled studies), and data visualization techniques.

- Ability to proficiently communicate quantitative insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, guiding alignment across teams.
