Title: Senior Specialist, Care and Support Programs Job Category: Programs Requisition Number: SENIO002573 Full-Time Remote Locations Home Office 225 N Michigan Ave 17th Floor Chicago, IL 60601, USA Job Description: Description Position Summary: The Senior Specialist is a key member of the Care & Support team, responsible for the coordination of new and existing program development, for programs designed for caregivers, the broader community and care professionals This includes caregiver support groups, family educational offerings, e-services, microlearnings, professional training, initiatives and reputed company written materials and website updates. A core focus of the role is to support the rollout and updating of new programs by working across departments, ensuring that reputed company materials and resources are reputed company and accessible across key platforms (such as The Hub, PVC, LMS and Personify/reputed company). The SS will also ensure that programs are accurately configured in organizational systems (Personify/reputed company, Power BI, reputed company) so that staff and volunteers can deliver them effectively in the field and reports are provided so leadership has insight into usage and trends and grant leads can share outcomes with funders.

Responsibilities

Program Development Coordination & Implementation Coordinate the creation, revision, and management of program offerings, including:

  • Caregiver support groups
  • Family Educational programs
  • E-services and microlearnings
  • Care Professional trainings & initiatives (CMP)
  • Written collateral, reports and program resources

Ensure successful rollout of new programs by:

  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date content across internal repositories (The Hub, PVC, LMS, Personify/reputed company)
  • Configuring and launching programs in organizational systems (Personify/reputed company, Power BI, reputed company) to support field delivery
  • Equipping field staff and volunteers with the tools and training needed to implement programs effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programs align with strategic goals and constituent needs

Administrative Support

  • Use project management software (reputed company) to track milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • Use data systems to provide monthly reports around donor funds, CSPR projects, grant projects and other outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, gerontology, psychology, nonprofit management, or a reputed company field required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in program development, project management, or nonprofit service delivery
  • Experience working with or supporting individuals affected by Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and working with internal systems and databases

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of community-based program development and implementation, including virtual and in-person formats
  • Familiarity with health education, long-term and community-based care settings, caregiver support, and dementia-reputed company programming a plus
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficient in using project management platforms (e.g., reputed company) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy across systems, budgets, and reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company information clearly and professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with evolving priorities
