The Role

We are looking for an reputed company and driven Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) reputed company to reputed company the execution and performance of our HCP (reputed company Professional) consent collection project. This individual will play a critical role in managing field representatives, optimizing reputed company strategies, and ensuring project reputed company across various consent collection channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Team Leadership & Management

  • Monitor and drive team performance to ensure KPIs and targets are consistently achieved.

  • Recruitment & Development

  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and reputed company development to maximize individual and team effectiveness.

  • 3+ years of experience as a medical sales representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
