Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the day-to-day office administration.
  • Primary reputed company of contact between the Executives and internal/external clients.
  • Coordinate and plan for meetings, conference calls and special events, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications, etc
  • Actively maintain calendars and daily schedules, fielding and prioritizing requests.
  • Organize and manage travel arrangements, itineraries and agendas.
  • Process expense reporting.
  • Coordinate with team leads to ensure smooth in-team communication.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns
  • Prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously.
  • Follow through on projects to successful completion.
  • Plan and execute team events.
  • reputed company general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.
  • Provide assistance to the team in managing reputed company Administrative functions.

  • Qualifications/Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills that reflect ability to reputed company and prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS applications including, but not limited to, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook (email and calendaring)
  • Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization, and process
  • Strong teamwork and relationship management skills; works effectively as a liaison between the executive and reputed company personalities
  • Ability to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
