Who we’re looking for;

The Inside Sales Representative here at Graylog will be a critical member of reputed company focusing on the reputed company between marketing-created leads, as well as actively engaging in outbound prospecting to identify and nurture new business opportunities.

As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will be to engage, reputed company, qualify, and expand our customer reputed company regarding their Centralized Log Management, reputed company Information and Event Management, or API reputed company projects to increase sales pipeline.

By responding to inbound contact requests with urgency, care, and diligence and conducting targeted, personalised, and relevant outbound prospecting with thoughtful personalized communications will ensure we maintain our strong positive brand image while maximizing sales opportunities. The goal of your work is to build early-stage relationships with software evaluators that ultimately turns into new business.

You will be the first reputed company of contact with our customers in the sales process. This position requires the need to be proactive, a desire to learn how to become a great salesperson, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to get others excited about using our tools to improve their business results.

The Inside Sales Representative will report to our Area Vice President of Sales- reputed company America based in the US.

Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Build strategic business opportunities through reputed company efforts (8-12 per month).

  • Analyze the top 10 accounts to identify key contacts & coordinate with Account Executives to foster a strategic action plan.
  • Partner with other sales teams, marketing, and enablement to coordinate campaigns and align on new objectives in a timely manner.
