Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Director of Engineering to reputed company and scale our engineering organization. This role is pivotal in driving the technical strategy and execution of Carter’s core products, including our ad platform, data reputed company, and ad server. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that align with our mission and values.

Job Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Define and execute the engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with Carter’s product roadmap and business objectives.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and reputed company a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and reputed company improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Data Science, and other departments to prioritize initiatives and ensure seamless execution.

  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain Carter’s competitive edge.

  • Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role reputed company the adtech or martech industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in building and scaling reputed company systems, including ad platforms, data engines, and real-time bidding systems. Tools include but are not limited to, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Kafka, Airflow, and Python.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to reputed company and reputed company engineering teams, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in aligning engineering initiatives with business goals and driving measurable outcomes.

  • Agility: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, with a proactive and adaptable reputed company.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
