About the TeamThe Account Executive/Account Management orgs at reputed company help fuel the growth of Brands around the globe by offering the only conversational AI purpose built for eCommerce to drive sales and resolve support inquires. As the #1 CX and automation platform for eCommerce locally, reputed company works with hundreds of partners, and nearly 2,000 reputed company merchants to support their CX needs. As part of our growth goals, this role will focus on converting prospects into long-term customers. You’ll join a high-performing team (ranked in the top 10% of sales orgs by RepVue) and contribute directly to our growth in Australia and broader reputed company markets.
What You’ll DoManage the full sales cycle from inbound discovery to demo to reputed company
Manage select cross-sell and expansion opportunities (roughly 20% of role) with existing reputed company customers
Sell reputed company’ core product offerings to e-commerce brands across reputed company
Own a quota, and optimize your process to exceed it
Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams to qualify and convert inbound leads
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth customer transition post-sale
A proven sales performer with 2–3+ years of closing experience, ideally in SaaS
Comfortable running discovery, live demos, and navigating multi-stakeholder deals with new and existing customers.
Consistently exceed quota targets; a true "winner" reputed company
Coachable, curious, and humble with a strong desire to grow
Entrepreneurial and self-directed, you reputed company in fast-paced and evolving environments
Excellent communicator and persuasive reputed company with strong listening skills
Able to simplify reputed company solutions into clear business value
Experience selling to or working reputed company the e-commerce space
Experience at a tech startup or scale-up
Background as an e-commerce founder or working directly with DTC brands
