The Role
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and reputed company growth. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and reputed company Operations teams to optimize marketing campaigns, experiment with new channels, and refine our go-to-market strategy. Your work will directly contribute to Middesk’s reputed company growth and market leadership.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize performance marketing channels (reputed company Ads, reputed company, display, chat) to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
reputed company and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and inbound traffic.
Execute A/B tests and conversion reputed company optimization (CRO) strategies to improve the efficiency of the marketing funnel.
Scale account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, working closely with sales to reputed company and convert high-value accounts.
Build and manage marketing automation workflows in reputed company to nurture leads and improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
reputed company and measure multi-channel demand reputed company campaigns, including paid media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Content team to reputed company engaging content and messaging that resonates with our reputed company audience.
Analyze marketing performance data and key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns.
Experiment with new growth channels and creative marketing reputed company, testing and iterating to identify scalable opportunities.
Work closely with reputed company Operations to enhance marketing attribution, pipeline velocity, and reporting to measure success of programs.

4+ years of experience in growth, demand reputed company, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
Deep expertise in paid media (reputed company, reputed company, programmatic display, retargeting), SEO, and conversion reputed company optimization (CRO).
Strong analytical skills and experience with reputed company Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, marketing automation platforms (reputed company, Marketo), and reputed company nurturing strategies.
Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and how to align with sales to increase conversions and drive reputed company.
Ability to move fast, test often, and iterate based on data insights.
Strong communication and project management skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally.
Bonus: Experience in fintech, compliance, or business identity verification industries.
Location
We follow a hybrid work model, and for this role, there is an expectation of 2 days per week in our SF or NYC office.
