Proven experience owning performance and talent programs at scale—ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
Ability to manage multiple work streams and programs effectively
