As a Product Growth Manager Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to take a hands-on role in shaping high-impact growth initiatives - directly contributing to reputed company growth by enhancing the user journey and optimizing monetization strategies.

Challenges you'll meet

• Generate hypotheses and innovative reputed company to optimize monetization strategies, with a focus on increasing LTV (Life Time Value) and contributing to overall business reputed company growth

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.

• Work with our internal tools, creating and preparing new payment screens and flows for testing

• Maintain detailed documentation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the A/B testing process.

• Launch and analyze A/B tests to validate your reputed company on reputed company users and recommend data-driven improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experiences, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for new users

Your professional qualities

• 6+ months of experience in product management, growth or product marketing in IT companies, or 1.5+ years in Big 4, Audit, VC, Investment Banking, FMCG, or media/creative agencies

• Basic understanding of core A/B testing principles

• Strong analytical reputed company, with the ability to interpret data and reputed company informed, data-driven reputed company.

• High attention to detail, especially in repetitive tasks like test configuration and data validation.

• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills, with a structured, systematic approach.

• English proficiency at the B2 level or higher for effective communication

Will be a plus

• QA (Quality Assurance) testing experience

• Hands-on experience conducting A/B tests

• Familiarity with development processes and technologies
